Dear Valued Homeowner/Resident

It has come to managements' attention that there have been several units that have experienced toilet supply line cracks. It is our recommendation to replace the existing lines with a braided steel line with metal connections. These lines can be purchased at any home improvement store for a nominal cost. Replacing this line can save you, the homeowner, thousands of dollars in water remediation to yours and the neighboring units.

Please remember that if your unit is vacant longer than 7 days you are required to shut off your water to the unit.
