		<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: small;">Dear Valued Homeowner/Resident</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">It has come to managements' attention that&nbsp;there&nbsp;have&nbsp;been several units that have experienced toilet supply line cracks. It is our recommendation to replace the existing lines with a braided steel line with metal connections. These lines can be purchased at any home improvement store for a nominal cost.
