Great Room
- All residents must register at the Concierge Desk when entering the Great Room facilities.
- The Great Room and all facets of the Great Room may not be reserved for exclusive parties. An owner may have guests enjoy the Great Room with them as long as the number of guests does not exceed 25 people at any given time and an Event Registration form must be filled out for parties of 10 or more and submitted to the Concierge. A list of outside services, such as caterer, rentals, florists, etc. to be used in connection with the Great Room gathering must be provided to the Manager.
- The owner or occupant is responsible for cleanup and removal of all trash immediately after using the Great Room for an event. A $250 deposit is required for parties of 10 or more and will be returned upon approval of the condition of the facility after the registered event. If the Great Room requires additional cleaning and/or trash removal by the Association, all costs incurred will be charged to the owner or occupant. Privileges will be suspended until associated costs are paid in full.
- No solicitation is allowed in the Venu at Grayhawk facilities.
- Persons 14 years and younger of age are not allowed into the Great Room unless accompanied by an adult or authorized guardian at all times.
- To insure all Owner and Occupant enjoyment, any person showing inappropriate or aggressive behavior, including lewd or abusive language, will lose all privileges in respect to the Great Room and the Fitness Center in its entirety. This will be the sole decision of the Manager and Board of Directors. This decision may only be reversed through an interview in front of the Manager and Board of Directors and poses no guarantees of reinstatement of privileges.
- All checked out equipment must be returned to the Concierge Desk by 8:30 pm (Sunday through Thursday) and 9:30 pm (Friday and Saturday).
- Laptops may be checked out by residents 18 years or older for up to 2 hours and any items not returned will be charged to the owner or occupant. There are no printing capabilities from the laptops or desktops provided in the Great Room. Privileges will be suspended until costs are paid in full.
- Parent(s) agree that any and all items checked out by their child will be the responsibility of the parent. Any items not returned or returned damaged will be billed to the resident. Privileges will be suspended until associated costs are paid in full.
- Keep conversation and additional noises to a respectable level (no screaming) both in and around the Great Room.
- Do not run while in the Great Room
- Discard any waste in the receptacles provided.
- DO NOT bring animals, bicycles, skateboards, or rollerblades into the facility.
- Only employees of the Managing Agent or approved contractors are allowed behind the kitchen or concierge desk.
- While in the Great Room, complete and appropriate attire is required at all time including shirts and shoes. No wet clothing is permitted in the Great Room.
- Any owner or occupant violating these policies or misrepresenting the use of the area will be denied the ability to use the Great Room for any purpose in the future.
