Roofs

The roofs of the buildings are restricted to the Association’s building maintenance and service personnel only. No Owner, Lessee or Occupant or their contractors, subcontractors or agents shall go on the roofs without the prior written approval of the Association or the Manager. Unauthorized access resulting in damage will be billed to the owner.
