All pets shall be leashed when on common property. Persons walking any pet shall promptly and properly remove and dispose of the pet’s waste. Fines will be issued for anyone not in compliance. Non-removal of animal droppings will be $25/occurrence. Structures for housing pets may not be located so as to be visible from neighboring properties. Barking dog complaints should be directed to the City of Scottsdale Police at 480-312-5000. Please submit all pet behavioral complaints in writing to the management company or concierge.
