Rules and Regulations

The Board of Directors of VENU at Grayhawk Condominium Association have adopted these Rules and Regulations governing the use of the Common Elements of VENU at Grayhawk Condominium by the Unit Owners and all other Occupants of the Units and their guests. Unless otherwise defined in these Rules and Regulations, each capitalized term used in these Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning given to such term in the Condominium Declaration for VENU at Grayhawk Condominium Association and all amendments there to (the "Declaration"), recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder. As used in these Rules and Regulations, the term "Manager" means the managing agent of the Association.
