Entry Gate Access Cards
Occupants may obtain additional gate clickers at a cost of $50.00 per clicker. Gate clickers are for use only by the Occupants and their guests who are staying in the Unit on a temporary basis. If a gate clicker is lost or stolen, a replacement gate clicker will be issued at a cost of $50.00.
Every vehicle must enter through the entry gate individually. DO NOT FOLLOW IN BEHIND ANOTHER VEHICLE. If more than one vehicle attempts to enter through the gate without separately activating the gate, extensive damage may result to both the vehicle and the gate. THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO ANY VEHICLE CAUSED BY THE GATES.
Visitors and Guests
Visitors and Guests are considered anyone staying with a resident for less than two weeks who has not given financial compensation to the owner or resident of the unit Anyone staying for more than two weeks or providing financial compensation is considered to be a resident of the unit.
Visitor Parking
All visitors must park in spaces clearly designated as visitor parking or in the Great Room parking spaces. For all visitors intending to stay later than 1:00 a.m. or are visiting for several days, it is required that they obtain a parking pass from the Concierge. Visitor parking passes are limited to a three (3) day issuance, with only two (2) consecutive passes issued. After the sixth (6th) day another visitor parking pass for that vehicle will not be issued for 72 hours. Please note that all parking passes are for Guest(s)/Visitor(s) vehicles ONLY, not for resident(s) vehicles.
Prohibited Vehicles
No gas powered go-carts, mopeds, skateboards, or similar vehicles may be operated on the property of VENU.
Parking Guidelines
- Parking is permitted in either your garage or a reserved parking space assigned to your home.
- Storage of inoperable vehicles, vehicles with expired tags, or maintenance of a vehicle is prohibited on property.
- Do not back vehicles into the parking space.
- Parking in the fire lanes, blocking dumpsters, blocking a garage, parking in a car wash, in the courtyard of a building or anywhere else where there is a “No Parking” sign displayed is grounds for possible towing at owner’s expense.
- Handicap spaces are for vehicles displaying a current handicap license or placard. Vehicles in violation will be subject to towing at owner’s expense.
- Visitor and Great Room overnight parking is limited to guests ONLY. Residents must use reserved or garage parking for their own vehicles. Passes will be issued for 3 days max. You are allowed two consecutive passes at a time. Residents must wait 72 hours before requesting any additional parking passes. Residents must accompany guests for registration and vehicle information will be required to receive a pass.
- If you wish to rent your space out to another resident, you may contact Sullens and Euchner Property Management to submit your information. As individuals call in to inquire about renting a parking space your information will given to the interested party. Please be aware that neither the Association nor Sullens and Euchner will be involved in accepting rental fees on behalf of the residents. We will serve as an information tool only.
- Car Wash spaces will be available for overnight parking (again obtaining a parking pass at the Concierge desk. Guest Parking will only be permitted from 1:00AM-7:00AM with this parking pass. All other vehicles parked there that are not being washed, or do not have a parking pass will be towed immediately. Parking in fire lanes is not allowed. This is a life safety issue and is an enormous liability for the association. There is NO flexibility on this issue. Any car parked in a fire lane will be towed immediately.
- Parking in reserved spaces is prohibited if you are not the owner or guest of that reserved space. All owners or residents of reserved parking spaces may tow without warming. Parking in spaces marked “Reserved Great Room” is prohibited from 1:00 AM-7:00 AM unless a pass is obtained at the Concierge.
- Keep the noise level down and do not slam doors when parking your vehicle.
- Guests may park overnight in “Visitor Parking” if they have a parking pass (overnight parking allowed from 1:00 AM-7: 00 AM). Residents will be responsible for procuring a Parking Pass (available through the Great Room) for all overnight guests. All vehicles parked in a Visitor Parking space after 1AM that do not have a Parking Pass will be towed!
Vehicles that are in violation of any these guidelines are subject to towing at owner’s expense without warning. The current fee for having the car towed will be $175.00 plus all impound fees and must paid to towing company before the car will be released. All City Towing: 480.455. 2489
